Welcome to our new Distance Learning Status Tracking system. To create and maintain a good system we have setup a maintenance procedure based on the following phases.

while under development, I should be able to respond to comments or suggestions and implement fixes quickly.

The order form for users may be accessed on the home page from the main menu. User Groups>IVDL>Class Request 

Classes are added in our system on CAT(Bobbie and Trish). When you have a class and provider that is not on our system, to add that class and provider to our system we must:

1. Add the provider at www.laca.orgaddprovider.asp or use the link on the orderform
2. Edit the provider at www.laca.org/ivdl/provider.asp (by clicking on the provider then on ->EDIT PROVIDER<-
3. Add the class by using the link on the order form.

3. Send the class information along with the provider ID to Trish Baker requesting she add them to CAT.
(When you go to the provider, there is a little number at the end of the url (?ID=17) or something. That is the provider ID. Send Trish Baker (or your IFOHIO mark records person)the classes you want to add with the ID of the provider (and name)

When you get an error on the system, please notify the Webmaster and forward as much info about the error as possible.
